WAMI is building a database of local musicians, bands, venues, recording studios, practice facilities, agents, managers, lawyers, sound guys, light guys, retailers, roadies, groupies, and anything else needed to keep the music industry running.

About Alexis Walton
Mom, wife, grandma, & entertainer of all sorts.
Alexis has been performing since the age of 4. She was lead female vocalist and front woman with many successful and well known Wisconsin bands, some of which were nominated for WAMI awards.
She, herself, was nominated several times for a WAMI in the “Female Vocalist of the Year” category.
Currently, she is performing as the lead female vocalist in the variety band “Spicy Tie,” which has been entertaining audiences since the late 1990’s. She also is a trumpet player, and dabbles on the accordion & fiddle during their performances.
You may have heard her on the radio with the catchy jingle for a company known statewide; Carpet City. “Our Prices Will Floor You.”
A saying she lives by: “When life hands you lemons, mix them in a drink and write a song.”
